Before any booking, we arrange a free, no-obligation meet & greet in your home.
This relaxed visit is a chance to:

Talk through routines, feeding, and preferences
Make sure we’re a good fit for each other
There’s no pressure — it’s simply about confidence and comfort.
3. In-Home Cat Care While You’re Away
While you’re away, your cat stays at home and keeps their normal routine.
Depending on the service you choose, visits can include:
Feeding and fresh water
Litter tray care
Playtime or quiet companionship (on your cat’s terms)
Visual health checks
You’ll receive regular updates and photos, so you can relax knowing your cat is happy and settled at home.

While you’re away, you’ll receive updates and photos so you can relax knowing your cat is safe and settled.
